Can I buy sweets online from Giant Bradley's?

Yes, you can shop sweets online from Giant Bradley’s Sweet Shop, including pick & mix, retro sweets, sweet gifts, giant sweets, American sweets, chocolate, fudge and traditional favourites.

Do you sell a specific sweet or product?

We have a huge range of sweets available to choose from! Please use our sweet search which can be found here, or contact us at sales@giantbradleyssweetshop.com and we will find them for you!

Where are you located?

Giant Bradley’s Sweet Shop is based in East Yorkshire, with stores in Market Weighton, Hessle and East Hull, plus online ordering available across the UK. Please see our Contact Us page for store details, addresses and opening hours.

What are your opening hours?

Our usual hours are:

Monday–Saturday: 10:00 – 17:30

Sunday: 10:00 AM – 16:00

Delivery and orders

How much is delivery?

Delivery starts from £1.50 locally and £4.95 nationally. The final delivery cost is based on weight and calculated at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times can vary depending on the delivery service selected, order volume and Royal Mail updates. Please check our Shipping Policy for the latest delivery information.

Do you deliver internationally?

Not at the moment, but this is something we may offer in the future.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you can track it using the tracking number in your dispatch email. Visit our Track My Order page for help tracking your parcel with Royal Mail.

I have a question about my order — what should I do?

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order providing it has not been processed.

Returns and storage

Can I return my order?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unopened and in the same condition that you received it in.

We will supply a returns label if goods are found to be incorrect, damaged or not fit for consumption.

For all other returns the customer is liable to cover any return cost.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A refund will then be processed.

How should I store my sweets?

We recommend that you keep your sweets in an airtight pouch or container in a cool and dry place for maximum freshness.

Do you cater for events?

Absolutely! We offer sweet carts, party bags,wedding favours, and custom sweet hampers. Get in touch for a quote or to discuss your event needs.
