Many of our online orders are packed in cardboard boxes ready for delivery across the UK. We reuse cardboard wherever practical, and any cardboard waste that cannot be reused is collected for recycling.

Our sweet pouches are recyclable, helping customers dispose of packaging more responsibly after purchase.

Food waste within our business is minimal. We carefully manage stock and product dates to help reduce unnecessary waste.
Where products are past their best-before date but remain suitable, they may be placed in a best-before-date box. This helps avoid waste while still offering value to customers.

We are conscious of our energy use and have installed LED lighting wherever possible across our premises.
